![]() Hi... Im having some trouble with Outlook 2003 on a WinXP machine. The outlook mail account is connected to a exchange server setup on a small network aprox. 10 users. all users have shared Calendars and Contacts. They also share a global address list with all of their mutual contacts. Now if I add this "global share contact" to my favorite contacts list it doesn't save it there. After you reboot or terminate Outlook the contact disappears from the "my favorites list" and has to be re-added every time. Im also having 2 calendar entries in my fav. contacts list. And I cant seem to remove them. The user of this comp should have rights to alter and change the shared calenders and contacts. But Im guessing that the ones sharing the Calenders haven't given permissions to alter them. But I just want to remove them from my "Contacts list" not perm. delete them. Hopefully some of you have had the same issues. Thanks in advance! -- Magzter |
