Capturing contact info from signatures in email messages

Default Capturing contact info from signatures in email messages

Is there a way or an add-on that lets you capture contact details from
signatures of emails so I can easily add to my contact list?

To clarify, I want not just email addresses, but whatever additional contact
details they may have in their signatures to be captured.

I think Plaxo is supposed to be able to do that, but some versions of Plaxo
have odd side-effects with Outlook.
