Default pst Transfer Problems

I tried to transfer my Outlook 2007 to another user. Everything looks like it
transferred, however, when I try to do anything, i.e.: it says "Open dialog
box. Please close and continue." What have I done wrong.

That would have nothing to do with a PST transfer. Look for the open dialog
box and close it. It is usually autoarchive.

It could also be the user informaiton that Office wants when it starts for
the first time (i.e., name, initials, etc.). Start Word to see if that
dialogue appears, fill it in, close it, and see if Outlook starts.
