Anyone know of a way to get the Public Contact List usable in MailMerge?
Googling I find a lot of people asking but I can't find anything.

I was going to have them use Sharepoint.
However they have SharePoint 2.0 only and Outlook 2007 doesn't play well
with 2.0
So if I get WSS 3.0 on there they all have to upgrade to Outlook 2007
Another Option is BCM Which I personally like
But they like the idea of viewing contact Via web.

So...
Anyone know of a way to get the Public Contact List Viewable in MailMerge?

Thanks
Russ

Is the PF enabled as an Outlook address book? If so, you should be able to
use it as a mail merge source (I can).

If not, use a table view with the fields you need, copy and paste into
notepad and use the text file for the merge.

go into the address book properties and make sure its listed as an address
book. and start the merge in outlook, not word. (should work either way, but
outlook has better filter options)
