I've been maintaining several small mailing lists for a friend. Now I'm no
longer doing this work and I want to send those addresses to her, either as an email attachment or as a CD sent via snailmail, so she can carry on. Can't find anything on Outlook help. I'm using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP O/S. Can anyone advise, please? -- Pat Sloan |

We could have no idea what you mean by "several small mailing lists." How
you send them depends on what they are, and you failed to include that information. That term could mean anything. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Pat Sloan" wrote in message ... Sorry, what I have created in the Contacts section of Office Outlook are
several distribution lists, all containing names and email addys offriends/supporters of this one particular business. When a sale comes up, I send an email flyer to the groups by emailing to me and bcc'ing to the list. That way everyone's privacy is protected and my friend still gets to advertise her sales to her client base. Now I am no longer doing this work, I want to transfer the data in the distribution lists to her. I have printed the lists in hard copy, but really want to send the list electronically, so she doesn't have to hire someone to re-type all those names and email addys into her hard drive. I am hoping I can copy the lists and send them as email attachments, OR copy the lists onto a CD which I can mail to her, OR . . . ? But I can't find any tips on how to do that. Hope this makes things clearer. Pat -- Pat Sloan "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: We could have no idea what you mean by "several small mailing lists." You're getting warmer. You've provided half of the information we would need
to answer you question: what you created on your end. Obviously, the other half of the information we would need is what format your recipient needs to use these DL's. Are they using Outlook of some other email software that supports Outlook DL's? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Pat Sloan" wrote in message ...
