Outlook 2007 and Contact Pictures
Assuming that I have photos for my contacts, can I get that photo to pop up
when I receive email from that contact? I am using Outlook 2007, and I am not on an Exchange Server. Thanks.

No. it will show in the mail header in the preview pane or opened message
