Default Outlook 2007 Sp1 NO Adress Book - Tab option greyed out

Help.

I know how to make a contact list show as an address book, but after my last
installation of OUtlook 2007 on this computer, none of my contacts folders
are allowing me to make them an address book.

I right click the contact list, choose properties, and choose the Outlook
Address Book Tab, but the option to check the box to make a contact list an
address book is greyed out.

Any suggestions?

Anya

Address Book is already there under Tools Account Settings. I tried to

Then you corrupted your profile, most likely by migrating data to it
incorrectly. How did you create this profile and migrate data to it?
You'll need to create a new profile.

I think you are right....

I changed my log on so that I would log on to our new domain. I then copied
all of my old folder contecnts over to the new profile by first running the
transfer files and settings wizard.

I've had to set up all of my rules over again. Not everything transfers over
as easy as 'they' say it will...

Thanks I will give this a try. Another new profile... eeewww.

Never use Windows Easy Transfer with Outlook. It always creates corrupt
profiles.

You can close this out - no surprises here that creating a new profile
solved this problem - thank you
