I would like to adjust the contact details form to include partners mobile,
email, birthday etc. etc. Can anyone tell me how this may be accomplished? I appreciate any assistance you are able to give me on this matter. Kind regards Donna |

The normal contact form contains all of the items you mentioned (except the "etc. etc.", and no one can know what you mean by that unless you say what you mean). The only item of the three you explicitly named that doesn't show on the "Address Cards" view is the birthday. If you want to add that field to the view, it's quite simple, but the exact steps require knowing your Outlook version. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
