how do I stop business card from also appearing as an attachment?

I created an electronic business card in Outlook to add to my emails. But
now when I send an email out, it appears not only as an image in the body of
the message, but also as an attachment to the email. How do I stop it from
sending out twice within an email? I have been deleting the attachment with
every email I send.

Which version are you running?

Could you explain what you did to create the situation you describe? We
aren't looking over your shoulder.
