i am using outlook 2002 for my email and lately any large files (3mb or
larger) are not being recv'd by my customers. i am scanning into an adobe pdf file and attaching to the email. anyone have any ideas - keep in mind i am a computer dummy so keep it simple thanks |

Outlook is not in play here. It imposes no such restrictions. Your mail
server provider very likely would. Ask them.
