Default Populating Contacts

Hello,

Is there a way to have the my contacts automatically populate with
information added to a shared contact folder? We need to share contacts in
my small business. We can accomplish that with public folders. The problem
is the smart phones sync with the contacts folder associated with the
specific mailbox on the exchange server. If that contact list would
automatically contain the items in the shared folder, all would work. I
think? Any work arounds, if not?

Thanks!

Any other suggestions within Outlook rather than link to a site selling
software? I don't want to install and update every computer in the company.

No. Outlook does not have the native ability to sync folders.
