Dear All,
I encountered problem to users who using outlook 2003 in cache mode. When they checked their address book there are some address are not appearing on the GAL. I already followed solutions from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836723. Cache mode cannot be removed from their configuration since they are mobile users where they access there emails even in offline mode. I already installed SP1 then SP2 followed by SP3. Is there any other solutions? Thanks. Jon |
