I imported a CSV contact list into Outlook 2007. When mapping fields, I
didn't see a "Nickname" field, so imported that field to User 1. Is there any way now to move that data from User 1 to Nickname in Outlook? Thanks. |

Even if it were, the address resolution wouldn't use it anyway so it would be fairly useless. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Since it can't be imported, can the data be moved from the User 1 field to the Nickname field after importing? (Users don't use it for address resolution. It's just for knowing what to call contacts when they call.) |

Try asking in microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
