I have searched all the help topics and could not locate any information
about emailing a distribution list from 2003 to a user with 2007. When a distribution list is created in the 2003 version, its blank when the user opens the list from 2007 version. Have I missed something that explains this issue? Thank you Anne-Marie Stowe Imperial Construction, Ltd. |

Last question: Does the 2007 end user need to be formatted with Rich Text
before receiving the distribution list? No. The recipient can't set the message format anyway. The sender does.

![]() Sorry about the blank post - just getting used to posting. I created a number of Dist Lists in Outlook 2007 at home, and sent them, successfully, to my Outlook 2003 account at work to be modified. Now that they're modified, I want to send them back to my Outlook 2007 account. Inserting the file merely creates attachments of blank e-mails on the 2007 end. I can send the files in rtf format, but now want to make them into Outlook 2007 Dist Lists. Can't seem to import them. What do you recommend? You insert the DL as an Outlook Item in an RTF message.
The recipient simply opens and saves to place them in their default Contacts Folder. -- Russ Valentine "P. Warren" wrote in message ... Sorry about the blank post - just getting used to posting.
