Default Insert vcard as text

My boss has asked me to figure this out.....
He received an email that had the vcf file attached and it was also in the
text of the email. The text in the email was each contact associate with the
particular project and it looked like a business card (gray bar on the left
with the contact info in it). When I went to view the source these contacts
showed as an image.

We are using Outlook 2003 and I was wondering if it was possible way to
insert a contact with a business card design into the text of the email??

You can look at the email header - it should list the email client.

Without seeing a screenshot, I can't say for sure if Outlook 2007 would do
it.
