2007 Contacts to 2003

I need to copy all my 2007 Contacts, including Distribution Lists listed
under my Contacts, to Outlook 2003. I can copy all but the distribution
lists, anyone know why? What I do is export, to a file, excel file, select
"Contacts" and finish. Shouldn't the Distribution Lists come over too?

No. Why are you using the Export function in the first place?
Just copy your pst file with outlook closed, then on the machine with 2003,
do File-Open-Outlook Data file and copy the contacts from one file to the
other.
