I am using Outlook 2007. I have pulled several hundred contacts into a new
list and am flagging certan responses. Is there a way to "CCOUNT" flags automatically? |

Search folders will do it for you. Try making a search folder with the
criteria you need rather than "pulling contacts into a new list" (not sure what you mean by pulling or list).
