Default How can I access customised forms without searching folders

I have created a customised Outlook Contact form. Outlook 93 let me
hyperlink and from the toolbar and open the form, but Outlook 2007 wont allow
this and I must save in a personal folder (or similar). Now I have to
perform multiple actions just to get the form on-screen whereas before it was
just set-up a customised toolbar and link the form from the desktop. how can
I make these steps easy again? (ps. Thanks for the improvements Microsoft).
