Default From domain account to internet

I just started at a new company that uses pop3 server for email. My
old company used and exchange server (2003). Like a dummy I didn't
export my emails and contacts to a pst before disjoining the domain.
Now I can't even log in to my old domain profile. I know the info was
cached some where because i was able to read my mail and contacts
without being connected to the domain

If someone can help me with importing that info i would really
appreciated. The profile folder is still under documents and seetings
i just don't know what file that hold that info.

Thank You in Advanced

Once you deleted the Exchange account, you made the old data inaccessible.
It was kept in a file whose extension is OST. The usual location is
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook on XP and
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook on Vista.

Two things to try: restore to a System Restore Point before you deleted the
account or obtain an OST to PST converter. As far as I know, none are free,
but Google for "ost2pst". Rumor is that there used to be a free one by that
name.

Thanks Brian. You are right, I could not find any free ost to pst
utilities. It looks like I have to shell out about 50 to 60 dollars to
get it done.

Thanks
