How do i get my different contacts folders to show in the adress b

Default How do i get my different contacts folders to show in the adress b

i need to send an email to about 75 people but these people are only in the
contacts subfolders. when i compose an email, these subfolders are not in the
drop down menu in the address book. i have 6 contacts subfolders. thanks so
much!

i figured it out by reading a bunch of other posts below.
