Default Contacts issue

I have 2 user profiles in Win xp.The old one and the new one.
On my new profile i have pointed my Outlook 2003 .pst file to this profile
(from old profile). In both profiles i can see my email.
This is my problem: In my new profile i access Outlook 2003,go click on
create New email and then click on the To button.None of my contacts from my
old profile are there!
Suggestions please

Then you have not yet configured the Outlook Address Book Service in the new
profile. It won't work until you do.
