I purchased some software that uses custom forms and sqlview (small office
network) that gives me the same error message of not being able to open the form and uses the standard form. Unfortunately, the company I bought it from is out of business and it's killing my office. I have 3 machines running Outlook 2003, 1 with SP2 that works ok and 2 with SP3 that doesn't. In 1 it disables sqlview addin, but I've enabled it and cleared cache, but to no avail. In the other it doesn't disable sqlview but I still get the message. I've cleared cache and check disabled item until I'm blue in the face! In the past, the techs at the software company had me go to the workfile directory and kill the files. When I'd start up outlook it would create new ones and it would be ok. Now it won't create the work files at all. |
