Default How do I get invalid address list from undeliverable messages?

I get too many undeliverable, rejected email messages to eliminate addresses
from my contacts.
Is there some way to derive a list of the bad addressess to then delete from
contacts or replace with new ones?

Post is far too vague. Are you asking if Outlook can tell in advance which
of your email addresses will be rejected because they are no longer valid?
Obviously it could not. So what is your real question?

There's no built-in way that Outlook can examine a non-delivery report and
automatically remove a contact for which a message bounces.
