Re Outlook 2003 (professional) running on Windows XP Professional.
Until recently when I opened a contact and wrote a journal (telephone call) for that contact I could call up that journal by loading the contacts and then going to journals for that contact. Something has happend that has resulted in the telephone calls being recorded under journals and no longer are attached to the contact. All telephone calls are now accessed by moving to the journal section of Outlook and tracing sideways for the date of the telephone call. Another problem is that Outlook is no longer recording all of the MS Office files used each day. A) How can I get future contact journals to re-attach to the contacts; B) How can I get existing detached journals attached to existing contacts; and C) How can I get Outlook to re-commence logging MS Office histories. Thanks to all who can help. |
