I currently use DataPrompter with Word. DataPrompter was able to integrate
with our Groupwise address book to insert contact information into templates created using DataPrompter. We upgraded to Outlook, and I'm able to designate my contacts folder as an address book, which works perfectly with DataPrompter. I can also share my contacts folder with my team. However, I can't figure out how to designate the contacts folder as an address book on their systems. Without an address book, the contacts folder doesn't integrate with DataPrompter, making the templates approach fairly worthless. Any help will be appreciated. |
