Default missing contacts after restoring mailbox

Guys,

We have restored a user mailbox (extracted using ExMerge). The user clalims
some contracts are still missing.

We think it has to do with unicode. How do I go about fixing this?

We are on exchange 2003 sp2 and outlook 2003 sp2.

TIA,
tnt
