Default Scan email addresses from inbox to address book?

Is there any way to scan the inbox for the sender addresses of every email
you have received and then import them into the address book? For example,
is there a way to export only the addresses into a CSV file, which can be
imported into the address book?

(yes, I exaggerate... there aren't a million, but there are a lot. )
