I would like to print a single category.
I have several contacts in multipule categories. They are sorting as below: Example Bob, Jeff, Sam is in category: Home, Work, Friend When I do a category view, I see +Category: Family, Work, Friend (3 items, 3 unread) I want to see: +Category: Family (3 items, 3 unread) +Category: Work (3 items, 3 unread) +Category: Friend (3 items, 3 unread) If I put a contact in the 3 categories and also 1 other such as Biking. I will see category: +Category: Family, Work, Friend (3 items, 3 unread) +Category: Family, Work, Friend, Biking (1 items, 1 unread) I'd like print everyone in the Family category but if the contact is in more than one category, Outlook lists all corresponding categories as one view. Thanks for the help. |

You could make a filtered view of just that one Category.
Without you giving your version, I won't try to explain the steps in all 4 versions.
