When I access my address book, there are several blank contacts lists listed.
I have to open the dropdown list and select the botton contact list to select a person. I recall seeing this problem before but cannot seen to find the solution on how to remove these blank entries. BTW, how does this happen? |

BTW, how does this happen? There are multiple causes, with importing among them. -- Brian Tillman |

I ues Outlook 2003 on my desktop with SBS 2003 as my server. When I go into my address book, I see several entries of ( ) in the list. I can not delete them. I would say theirs about 20 of these ( ) in my address book. Any help on how to get rid of these would be greatly appreciated. |

Do you mean that when you click the ADdress Book button in Outlook you see these entries? In what address book (Show named from the) do you find them? If in the GAL, you should bering them to the attention of the Exchange admins. -- Brian Tillman |
