Outlook does not use groups - Outlook Express does. Outlook uses
Distribution lists. Open the Distribution list and highlight the member you want to remove and select remove. If this person is a delegate for someone on an Exchange server, they will still get the item even though you have removed them from teh DL. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. I don't mean is that person a delegate. I mean does anyone still on that
distribution list have that person as a delegate on THEIR mailbox? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. No one has this distribution listas a delegate on THEIR mailbox.
I think the problem was due to "auto fill". I deleted the distribution list from autofill and added again. Everything is fine.
