Default How do i import and update to created fields from my ERP database

I Have a Busines contact manager im my office and i share this with 6 peoples.
I create 9 new fields on my BCM and i need to update them from my ERP database
How can i do this,
one of the fiels is ERPID that i change manualy - where ERPID is the id on
my ERP
basicly this fields is the values off invoice and proposal that is managed
in ERP and is changes daily in some BCM contacts
