from time to time a company will move ... want to find out if it is possible
to make to change all the addresses /phone numbers at one time instead of one at a time... |

I'm not sure on addresses, company names, yes. phones, only if they all use
the same number. At the very least you can export to excel and make the changes then import - but before doing that, create a custom view that groups by the field to be changed and drag contacts from the old group to the new.
