There are tools available that will allow you to save the contents of your NK2 file as a CSV, which you can then open in Excel and print. Some are commercial (http://www.ingressor.com/desktop.htm) and some are free (http://www.nk2.info/) -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

No import, just copy the file to the other computer and make sure the name
matches the profile name. There are 3 utilities that can view and export the NK2 file- they are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
