Instead, configure your CSV to show two columns: name and e-mail address, with one entry pair per row. Then select the two columns and press Ctrl-C to copy. Now, in Outlook, open a new DL, open the Select Members dialogue, and in the Members field, paste the items you selected in Excel. Click OK. However, DLs are often not the best way to perform mailing to multiple people. They're not all that flexible. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
