I have a group of contacts in a public contact folder that I have categorized
and now I want to send a message to that group. How do I do this if my exchange server does not allow me to send to the whole group at once because of its size? |

Select the contacts you want to send to, choose Tools | Mail Merge, fill in
the dialog, create your message in the Word document that will appear, and complete the merge.
