I can see my contact list in the left pain but when I open a new e-mail and
click To: I do not see any of my contacts. I have looked at more than a few listings concerning this issue but still can't get it to work. I replaced my hard drive and copied the old pst file over the new pst file. I am using Outlook 2003. I tried to right click on the contact list select properties, select Outlook Address Book tab and check "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" but that didn't work. I then tried going to Toolse-mail accountadd new directorynextAdditional Address booknextOutlook Address Booknext but get "account or directory already exists" Any other ideas? |

"That didn't work" tells us nothing.
What did you do and what happened? Did you restart Outlook? These are the instructions that work for everyone else: http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Gary" wrote in message ... I'm also certain you read no instructions here that would have had you
overwrite your PST file. That corrupts your profile every time. If the above does not work, you must create a new profile. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Gary" wrote in message ...
