Default Problem with Contacts

I've had a problem with duplicate Contacts folders for a while, but now after
formatting hard drive and re-installing Windows XP and Office 2003 and
replacing my PST file from my old installation I now have a larger
inconvenience. When I click on address book I have the following

Personal Address Book
Outlook Address Book
Contacts

I have to click on Contacts to actaully get to my email addresses. How can
I eliminate the other two, or at least make Contacts be at the top? Thanks!
