Please use this BIG white space to write your question in.

How do you mean "written" categories?

I have a large number of "contacts" moved over from XP to Vista. They are
catagorized by many written titles, ie, Business, Personal, Medical, etc.
When I try to apply these catagories in Vista, they can not be entered and
instead are limited to the five color selevctions.
