Default Save an Outlook Contact as a lead in CRM

I have some Outlook Contacts that I would like to get into CRM as Leads.
From Outlook I am able to click on "Track in CRM" and choose either "Account"
or "Contact" to get them into CRM. However, Lead is not an option listed
under the Track in CRM button. Is it possible to easily convert these
Outlook Contacts to CRM Leads?

Thank you for your help.

What does the CRM help files have to say about making imported contacts
leads?

Here is what the CRM help files say you can do: "By using Microsoft Dynamics
CRM for Outlook , you can save individual Outlook contacts, appointments,
e-mail messages, and tasks as Microsoft Dynamics CRM records and activities
and then link them to a related Microsoft Dynamics CRM record, such as a
contact, account, or lead." But, when you actually follow the instructions,
the only options available are setting the contact up in CRM as an Account or
a Contact. Lead is not available as one of the options.

Then I would post to a news group that supports the product and ask them why
that option does not exist. It is a problem that they would have to solve -
Outlook cannot create a lead if the application won't allow it.
