Default extract data from the Outlook.NK2 file

Is there a quick way to extract this data cleanly without a third party
application?

No. You need a 3rd party tool.
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp for the tools.

Did you read the thread? The third party utilities that can do this have
already been posted.

Not that I've seen. The utilities mentioned are the only ones that can
access NK2 data besides Outlook. Microsoft provides no such ability.
