I store Contact information in 2 different folders in Outlook, 'Contacts' and
'Contacts (Old)'. I wish to be able to access names from the 'Contacts (Old)' folder from the 'Select Names' drop down window periodically when sending e-mail. I know it is possible because I used to be able to do this before my system crashed and I lost everything. I just don't remember how to set it up again. Any hints? -- Acetech |

Right click on the Contacts (old) folder, choose Properties, go to the
Outlook Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box "Peter D. Brown" wrote in message ... Thanks, Vince. Worked like a charm.
Just to let you know, both links in the e-mail I received on this question opened Internet Explorer 7, showed the word 'Done' in the bottom left corner and displayed a blank page. My ISP tried the http address on their system and got the same result(s). Is this because of errors in the link(s) or another problem? Thanks again, Acetech -- Acetech "Peter D.
