Default Outlook: Cómo cambio la configuración general de "archivar como"?

de serie los contactos se archivan como: apellido, nombre
¿cómo cambiarlo para que se archiven tal y como se introduce? es decir
nombre, apellido. Sin tener que hacerlo uno a uno claro.
