And yes, feature was removed from Outlook 2007. It never worked very well and did nothing you can't do with the Insert Address Function in Word. It is a corporate decision to frustrate people who continue to use actual paper letters. Besides, it is just too incredibly difficult to program. You would have to move the name and address fields into a new Word document. I really don't know why it even worked at all in previous versions of Word. Every time I used the feature my CPU utilization locked up at 99% for about five minutes while all the crunching took place. You just can't please some people no matter how hard you try. |
