Default exporting contacts on a network

I work on a computer that runs Office 2003 professional on a virtual network
(Cirix). I'm trying to copy my contacts from Outlook (on the network) to the
hard drive of the computer that I'm using to get on the network. Is it
possible?

Does your virtual network client share your hard drive with the network? If
not, you may be able to copy from outlook to your computer, if its not
locked down.
