Default Forwarding Shared Contacts

I scanned a bunch of business cards and transferred them to Outlook, then
"shared" them with other in my office. Now if they try to forward the
contact, the email that is automatically generated says From: (my name),
instead of From: (them). I have noticed this on multiple computers. They
can just remove my name and insert their own, but it's an extra step that I
don't feel should be necessary.

Any sugguestions on how to prevent correct this? Or prevent this in the
future?

Thanks.
