Default OS outlook 2003. How can a second contacts list be created?

How can I set up an additional contacts list? I want to sync my private phone
on one and sync my work phone on the other.

I don't think that's possible - you need to consult your phone manual to see
whether it will sync to a non-default contacts list....most of them in my
experience will sync to either everything, or just the default list.

FileNewFolder will allow you to create another contacts folder. Whether
or not your sync software will use it, however, is a question for the vendor
of that software.
