Hello experts,
If I click on contacts (ctrl +3) I see two contacts under My Contacts. I can not even select the second contacts. I have posted an image on http://i37.tinypic.com/14twv1l.jpg Because of this I can not sync my contacts with my iPhone... I am losing business. I have only two folders in Outlook. One which my company created Mailbox - _ _ _ and one which I created, 0_7 folder. I now want everything in a single place (if that is the reason for this problem, i.e. iPhone not syncing with the right contacts). I am sure that if I can get rid of one contacts folder than it will be solved but the problem I face is that I cant even select one of the contacts let alone delete it. My folders pane looks like this - http://i33.tinypic.com/imjv4n.jpg I use Outlook 2003 on an XP machine. Thanks a lot, Charles. email: Charlesa dot2345 @@AT@@ YahooD.OT.com: I don't check my email unless the subject includes the word "slowprinter" in it (i.e. slow printer without space in between but spaces before and after it). |

Rather a lot of information you've left out. Sounds to me like you should be
talking to your Exchange Administrator and seeing how happy he or she is that you're using a PST file alongside your Exchange mailbox. Most would prefer you not do that. It can cause problems, which you are demonstrating for everyone yet again. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Charles Brown" wrote in message ...
