Default Wrong move!!

You guys are insane to take away the ability to write a letter direct from a
contact. With out that function I might as well not have contacts addresses
entered. Why so I can map them? Do I need it for an e mail. And don't tell me
I can get there using the insert recipients buttons. That is a long drawn out
way to get a small pece of text into a doc. As of now I am unhappy to have
moved to this version! I took one persons advice and added my address book to
the quick whatever and that gives me the best results which are so far blow
having my letter formatted and also linked. It use to journal the letters
also. You guys screwed the pooch on this one!!!

Just curious. Explain what functionality you had before that you do not
still have with the Insert Address function.

They haven't. You do it from Word rather than from within Outlook.
