Default Contacts Sheet

I have a problem where a user cannot see "Business Phone 2". It appears
greyed out. This only happens with this user's computer. Her colleagues dont
experience this problem. This happened after the th Office 2003 roll out,
this would have been shortly after christmas forthis user. Has anyone any
ideas on how to fix this as it is realy starting to annoy the user.
