Contacts include french names which have accents. When you use find and type
in first name (without accent), it will not find the contact. My problem is that staff will do a search for someone and not find them because they will not know that there is an accent used in the name. Is this a default? If yes, how would I change. It was finding the contact when I searched using the last name but, I realized that this was because the e-mail address contained the last name without the accents. Thanks for your help |
